July 13, 2022 Midweek Update

Dear Faith Community Church Family,

This Sunday we come to the conclusion of our long journey in the Book of Acts. In this week’s passage, Acts 29:11-31, you can almost hear a sigh of relief in Luke’s words when he says, “And so we came to Rome” (v. 14). Of course, much still lay ahead of them–Paul’s trial before Caesar, in particular. But they had finally arrived at their destination. Through storms, shipwrecks, and snakebites, they were protected by their Savior, the risen Jesus Christ. I look forward to our last sermon this Sunday in our series “You Will Be My Witnesses.”
