Midweek Update September 7, 2022

Dear Faith Community Church Family,

This Sunday we will join together for Vision Night. I have been praying that the Lord would bless our time together and that it would be a time when we grow in unity and in hope as we look to the future prayerfully and expectantly. The vision night meal will be at 4:00pm in the Mission Center and afterwards, at approximately 5:00pm, we’ll hold the vision service in the Worship Center. I encourage you to invite a friend or family member to join us.

On Sunday morning we begin a new three week vision series entitled Called to Flourish. This sermon series is focused on Ezekiel 17:22-24, our theme passage for the three year vision.

A Praying Life Sunday School Class

We will begin our Sunday school class on A Praying Life on Sunday, September 18 following the worship service. During this 18-week series we will follow both the book and the discussion guide. If you would like to be a part of the class, please contact the church office as soon as you are able so that we can get you a copy of the book and the discussion guide. If you are able to give a donation for your resources, please make a check out to Faith Community Church with “Praying Life” in the memo line and place it offering plate or church office. Please don’t let lack of finances prevent you from participating, however. The books have been ordered and should arrive in time to distribute this Sunday. The first week of the study (September 18) we will aim to cover chapters 1-2.
