Our God supplies everything we need to remain faithful in the Christian life. In reference to angels, Hebrews 1:14 says, “Are they not all ministering spirits sent out to serve for the sake of those who are to inherit salvation?” The angels are called here “ministering spirits,” but who are those “who are to inherit salvation”? The answer is us! Here we see that our God even gives the ministry of angels to serve us as we journey forward in our Christian walk. This is yet another gift our Lord gives his people. This Sunday we will focus on Hebrews 1:5-14 in our series The Glory of Christ.
