Rev Don Johnson led us in a study of 2 Peter 1:3-15 this past Sunday. Peter was nearing the end of his life as he wrote these words, and he was motivated to teach and encourage the believers. Pastor Don encouraged us to live a life of intimacy with God through faith in Jesus, virtue, knowledge, self-control, steadfastness, godliness, brotherly affection, and love. Let us live out the Word of God!
Pastor Rhett will be returning to the pulpit on Sunday. Join us for worship and fellowship. If you are unable to join us in person, the livestream link is: https://youtube.com/live/a_rroInyOI4
If you have a pastoral concern or matter that needs to be addressed, please feel free to email elders[at]faithchurchwc.org, or to contact Tim Wierenga or Larry LaBelle.
Vision Campaign Timeline Update
Our Vision Campaign Committee has been meeting regularly and has been hard at work in supporting our church’s Called to Flourish vision by overseeing and planning for the financial campaign. Though our aim was to publicly introduce our financial campaign this spring, together with the elders the committee has prayerfully determined to move our financial campaign to this fall. Thank you for your continued prayers and investment in our Called to Flourish vision.
